Well, here goes.......
Hey, Charles Farmer has a new blog. Wait…..What? Yes, I have taken a bit of inspiration from my daughter, Megan and I have decided to, once a week or so, sharing with you what I might want to rant, rave, praise or compliment. Now first things first. Can ole Charles get his thoughts into the written word? Well we are going to find out. I hope I can make some of my old Shiloh teachers proud. Although after reading this they may be bit frightened at what may be yet to come.
Next, what will this blog be about. Well, there will surely be many different subjects including, family, news, current events (both local and national), hobbies, interests or whatever I might find interesting.
Let me tell you that you will assuredly enjoy stories about my family. I have a lovely wife, Amanda who I am proud to say I have been with for over twenty years. Three children have come from our wonderful union, Megan, Morgan and Chuck. They are all very special individuals whom I dearly love and I am proud to call them family. Sometimes this blog may spill over to extended family whom I also care about.
Special thanks to Megan, who took something old and busted and made it into new hotness, by spiffing an old blog page.
I will try strive to keep all posts to about 300 words, (you know, about the length of an obituary, I surely know how to write one of those), so that it’s an easy read.
